The G-7000 is a pre-painted steel door. It is 1 3/8" (35mm) thick and is
insulated with high-pressure injected polyurethane foam. Its thermal resistance
factor is R-12 (RSI 2.1). This model is available only with 2" (50mm)
commercial tracks and hardware. This is the ideal door for limited operation (5
or 6 times per day).

14-gauge reinforcement plates placed in the interior of the door where hinges
and handles are attached.
Wood end blocks provide a thermal break with the exterior of the door. Steel
end caps are available as an option.
Door weight: 1.75 lbs/ft2 (8.53 kg/m2)
13-gauge or 14-gauge, 2 in. (50 mm) hardware tracks. Torsion spring. Sturdy
galvanized steel suited to the door's usage. Springs from 25 000 to 100 000
cycles (in option) are recommended for high usage doors.
